The ‘Vahrn bypass’ represents a forward-looking transport infrastructure project that significantly relieves the municipality of Vahrn from heavy through-traffic in the Eisack Valley. By creating an efficient alternative to the SS12 state road, the new bypass sustainably improves traffic safety, environmental conditions, and overall quality of life for local residents.

The Brixen Nord junction, developed as an independent and fully functional construction lot, was successfully opened to traffic in spring 2010.
As part of the redevelopment of the Wipptal retirement home, the existing building was partially demolished and replaced with a new modular structure. The basement, constructed conventionally using in-situ concrete, provides approximately 1,000 m² of parking spaces and 300 m² of technical rooms. The basement ceiling serves as the foundation for the four-story modular building, with precision-fit anchoring plates carefully integrated to align with the modular design. The project required close coordination with the modular construction company to ensure structural compatibility and efficiency.
EUT was commissioned to develop and plan a modern commercial and service building with three production floors and two service floors, including the outdoor facilities. The excavation directly adjacent to existing commercial buildings was secured with nail walls up to 25 m high. The building was constructed using prefabricated elements with thermal walls in exposed concrete look and prefabricated ceiling elements with hollow cores.
